Job Summary
Oversee branch office operations, including recruitment, temporary employee placement, on-call rotations, and accurate record keeping. Manage branch employees to ensure goals, operating procedures, and performance metrics are met while creating financial reports. Assure superior customer service delivery to clients by overseeing relationships and conducting quarterly business reviews. Meet sales goals, drive market and revenue growth, and facilitate smooth transitions for new clients from sales representatives.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of management experience
- Experience in leading a small team
- Exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Occasional travel required
- May work above 40 hours a week as required
Desired Qualifications
- Being bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
