Job Summary
Lead and manage all aspects of a Chase Branch in Anna, TX, including growing deposits and investments, coaching a team, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and maintaining a strong risk and control environment. Drive branch performance through coaching, development, and succession planning; build relationships with local businesses and the community; implement policies and procedures; utilize the Branch Scorecard to identify growth strategies; and ensure technology adoption to improve service delivery. Requires travel for training and meetings and completion of regulatory requirements (NMLS/SAFE Act) as applicable. A college degree is preferred but not required; the role requires a strong leadership track record, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to operational integrity. The position is full-time and located in Anna, TX, with in-person work at the branch.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
