Job Summary
Branch Manager role in Rouyn-Noranda at Kenny U-Pull overseeing daily operations of production and customer service teams, training and evaluating staff, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with Project Managers (automotive sales, tires and batteries, etc.), maintaining hands-on involvement in daily tasks, managing vehicle, tire, battery, and catalytic converter inventory, purchasing and selling used vehicles, and overseeing local marketing. Requires 5+ years in customer service and 5+ years in team management; knowledge of automotive parts is a plus. Skills requested: Leadership, Customer Service, Ability to Learn, and Stress Management. Work schedule is Monday to Friday with one weekend out of two; full-time, permanent position.
