Job Summary
Lead operations and performance of two Ames Branch offices for a credit union, driving member experience and relationship growth. Coach, develop, and engage staff to build a high-performing team; promote sales and service excellence through cross-service opportunities; maintain strong community presence and partnerships; ensure safety and security of members, employees, and assets by adhering to regulations, policies, and procedures. Collaborate on strategic initiatives with the VP of Branch Operations and other Branch Managers related to service delivery and member retention. Qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor's degree, experience in lending and member service, demonstrated sales growth ability, MLO eligibility with NMLS, and strong computer skills. Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Broad knowledge of lending, member service and teller functions
- 6 years of experience in a financial institution in a customer service role including lending
- Demonstrated ability to promote sales growth
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience leading a team and supervising people
- Qualifies as MLO and complies with registration process for NMLS listing
