Job Summary
Oversee all branch operations to achieve financial goals and ensure profitability by analyzing reports and implementing performance strategies. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and management while driving sales efforts including lead generation and closing deals. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff, managing HR functions such as hiring, orientation, and employee relations. Monitor quality systems and manage risks related to compensation and expenses to maintain maximum profitability. Develop and execute the branch's annual business plan while ensuring excellent client service and strong referral relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible and after hours as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years sales or marketing experience in healthcare or related setting
- BS Degree
- Experience managing systems, processes, and people
