Job Summary
Manage branch sales, service delivery, and operations to meet financial targets and exceed profitability goals. Lead recruitment, selection, training, and performance evaluation for staff while overseeing human resources functions including payroll and employee relations. Monitor quality management systems, analyze monthly financial statements, and execute the annual business plan to optimize utilization and expenses. Conduct territory management, cold calling, and proposal development to drive market share growth. Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and payor sources, managing on-call duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in a HealthCare or related setting
- BS Degree (business, nursing, social services or related field of study)
