Job Summary
Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing branch team through performance evaluations, observations, coaching, and personnel actions. Monitor branch performance against established objectives, implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain communication with leadership, prepare standard reports, attend management meetings, and lead daily branch huddles. Represent the branch in relationships with members, sponsors, suppliers, and community groups. Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products using a needs-based approach. Oversee branch activities to ensure compliance with all Credit Union policies and procedures. Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong understanding of financial services and consumer lending.
