Branch Manager

Establish and implement branch goals, standards, and expectations to support profitability and growth. Manage the full spectrum of staff administration, including hiring, performance evaluations, and recommending personnel actions. Mentor, motivate, and coach the branch team through individual and group sessions to support development and retention. Maintain appropriate cash levels by ordering and shipping cash through the cash management company. Understand, administer, and enforce all applicable credit union and NCUA rules, regulations, and policies. Monitor branch equipment, facilities, and delivery systems to ensure efficient operations. Direct training plans and work programs for assigned employees to enhance job performance and product knowledge. Research and resolve member and employee concerns, including de-escalating situations. Requires two to three years of financial industry experience and availability to work branch hours, including some Saturdays. Includes two full weeks of training at the corporate location in Colorado Springs.
