Job Summary
Plan, organize, and direct production and indirect activities to meet established goals while forecasting staffing needs. Design processes that increase yield and improve quality through workflow analysis, and implement OSHA and safety programs to reduce accidents. Lead the team by coaching associates to cultivate trust and accountability, while ensuring operational supplies remain available. Prepare reports on production operations and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or an equivalent amount of branch management experience in a similar manufacturing industry
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-production environment
- Five or more (5+) years of managerial experience
