Job Summary
Oversee a retail location and small sales staff to achieve and surpass sales projections by driving day-to-day operations and managing all aspects of the branch including sales, inventory, and warranty. Lead the team directly with customers, setting clear vision and goals while engaging staff to meet performance expectations. Coach and train all store personnel through weekly training, one-on-ones, and mentorship on standard methodologies. Analyze business performance to develop action plans that ensure the branch achieves forecasted objectives. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays), and three years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of successful experience as supervisor / manager preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven record of building, coaching and motivating a team preferred
- Ability to stay calm, patient & professional at all times
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to work required Saturdays (closed Sundays)
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable and safe driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check with results that are consistent with Company hiring standards
