Job Summary
Oversee a retail location and small sales staff in Colorado Springs to achieve and surpass sales projections. Drive business through high-level involvement in day-to-day operations, including managing sales, inventory, and warranty aspects. Set clear vision and goals for the team, then coach, train, and mentor all store staff through weekly sessions and one-on-ones. Monitor performance and execution to develop action plans that ensure the branch achieves forecasted objectives. Lead the team directly with customers while maintaining professionalism and supporting the company vision. This hands-on role requires a supervisor with three years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays).
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable and safe driving record
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check with results that are consistent with Company hiring standards
- Ability to work required Saturdays (closed Sundays)
