Manage branch performance by driving growth activities, executing relationship management with consumers and business clients, and coaching a high-performing team to acquire new business and mitigate risk. Identify client solutions through discovery conversations, execute contact management strategies via outbound calls and in-person meetings, and collaborate with internal partners to review results and manage pipelines. Lead the employee experience by attracting, on-boarding, and developing team members while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and adhering to established policies. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of industry experience, and Notary Public licensure, with a base salary of $90,750 to $151,250. Based in Arvada, CO, the position is in-office and does not offer visa sponsorship.
