Job Summary
Lead and manage a U.S. Bank branch to meet goals while ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations. Coach, develop, mentor, and train branch team members; provide direction and recommendations to customers to help them reach financial goals through collaboration with partners in wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services. Drive customer experience, expand the local market presence, promote products and services, and ensure effective communication and critical thinking to deliver results. Requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, with background and credit checks; based in Cincinnati, OH, on-site five days per week; Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales/retail management or banking; strong leadership, relationship management, analytical, and regulatory knowledge skills.
Required Qualifications

- Five or more years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment
