Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading the Watford branch: oversee day-to-day operations, manage a small team, handle customer enquiries, drive sales and order processing, coordinate installations and branch operations, maintain high levels of customer service, monitor stock and deliveries, and work in a hands-on capacity with occasional heavy lifting. Requires leadership or supervisory experience, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, confidence dealing with customers and suppliers, sales-focused mindset, proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and order management systems, and a valid UK driving licence.
