Manage daily office operations, maintain compliance with policies, and lead a team of Loan Specialists through training and performance evaluations. Approve or reject loan applications, coordinate collections calls, and handle adverse customer situations while fostering growth and profitability. Evaluate financial statements, establish performance goals, and drive branch growth through local networking and community engagement. Requires valid driver's license, up to 5% local travel, and Monday through Saturday hours with occasional overtime.
