Job Summary
Manage daily office operations, maintain compliance with policies, and evaluate financial statements to drive profitability. Lead and mentor Loan Specialists by conducting performance evaluations, scheduling staffing, and fostering a culture of growth. Approve or reject loan applications, coordinate processing and collections calls, and professionally handle adverse customer situations. Plan branch growth through community networking and establish performance goals. Work Monday through Saturday with some overtime; valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization required.

Desired Qualifications
- Loan industry management experience
- 2-3 years' prior management experience from similar customer service or collections related industries
