Job Summary
Lead and manage branch(es) to achieve goals while ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations. Regularly coach, develop, mentor, and train team members; exercise independent judgment in duties. Communicate effectively to identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services; help individuals and businesses meet financial goals through collaboration with wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services. Act as the customer-experience leader, motivate the team, expand the local market, and promote U.S. Bank products and services. Must obtain NMLS registration; role includes a criminal background and credit check. Strong adaptive coaching, conflict resolution, accountability, influence, critical thinking, priority setting, and relationship management skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z
- Background and credit check requirements
- Bilingual Spanish and English may be preferred (listed in location expectations)
