Job Summary
Lead branch operations to drive revenue, safety, and profitability; manage the branch’s P&L and business plan; hire, lead, and develop a high-performance team; monitor revenue, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction; ensure DOT and OSHA compliance and foster a strong safety culture; collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, and Compliance teams; contribute to a service-driven culture aligned with company values; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful business management with proven ability to manage a P&L and lead a team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership in construction, industrial, or related field
- Working knowledge of business planning and accounting principles
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations preferred
