Branch Manager 2 - Port Townsend, WA

Lead and manage branch operations to achieve goals while ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations. Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members; utilize effective communication and critical thinking to identify financial resources for customers and guide them toward appropriate products and services. Act as a leader for customer experience, drive engagement with partners across wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services, and promote the bank in the local market. Essential skills include adaptive coaching, conflict resolution, accountability, influence, critical thinking, priority setting, relationship management, and business insights. Compliance and ethics responsibilities include maintaining NMLS registration, and adherence to applicable codes, policies, and regulatory requirements. This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five days per week.
