Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goals while delivering outstanding member service and expanding relationships. Oversee branch operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act, and resolve member and operational issues effectively. Monitor performance, prepare reports, and communicate results to leadership while promoting credit union products and community engagement initiatives. Consistently meet or exceed branch goals, build an engaged team through coaching and accountability, and implement promotions at the branch level. Requires 3-5 years of banking experience, a two-year college degree or specialized certification, and ability to comply with all applicable laws.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in banking, credit union, or financial services
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Experience managing branch operations and driving performance metrics
- Ability to build relationships with members and the community
- Knowledge of consumer lending and financial products/services
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- 3-5 years of similar or related experience
- (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) a completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program
- Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
