Job Summary
Lead and manage a U.S. Bank branch(es) to meet goals while ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations. Regularly coach, develop, mentor, and train team members; exercise independent judgment in duties. Identify financial resources for customers and guide them toward appropriate products and services, including wealth, mortgage, and payment services, to help customers reach financial goals. Act as the leader for customer experience, drive the local market presence, and collaborate with partners to promote products and services. Requires NMLS registration and successful completion of background and credit checks; role involves on-site leadership five days a week with driving duties, and adherence to banking policy and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- NMLS registration (required)
- Background check and credit check
- Criminal background check
- Driving requirement: two or more hours per week
- Location: five days per week on-site at U.S. Bank location
- Experience in sales, retail management, or banking (1-2 years)
