Job Summary
Branch Manager in Mississauga leading a team to deliver an exceptional client experience, drive new client acquisitions through multiple channels, and grow sales, revenue, and market share. Responsible for recruiting, talent development, and coaching to maintain high employee engagement, while championing digital enablement and multichannel usage. The role requires mutual funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC) and a minimum of 3 years in people management, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong emphasis on leveraging digital channels. Nice-to-have experience in both business and personal banking.
Required Qualifications
- Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC)
- Completed an acceptable mutual fund branch management exam offered by the CSI, or ability to write an exam within 4 months of start date
- Minimum 3 years in a people management role
- Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset
- Ability to employ digital channels, drive client awareness, and ensure your team is enabling clients with RBC digital access
Desired Qualifications
