Job Summary
Manage daily office operations and procedures while monitoring and assisting in the training and development of Loan Specialists. Evaluate financial statements to drive profitability and approve or reject all loan applications. Assist with loan processing, collections calls, and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone. Maintain compliance with policies and procedures, handle tax preparation where applicable, and plan branch growth through local networking. Work closely with team members to achieve branch goals. Requires valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance. Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, Fridays 8:30-6pm, occasional Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm; additional hours may be required. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and valid proof of insurance
- Ability to work Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm; Fridays 8:30-6pm and occasional Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm, additional hours may be required (No Sundays)
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship

Desired Qualifications
- Loan industry management experience preferred, or 2-3 years prior management experience from other customer service related industries
