Job Summary
Branch Lending Manager at Westpac responsible for driving new business opportunities and rebuilding/growing existing customer relationships. You’ll assist customers with home loans, meet with clients to assess financial needs and align them with suitable mortgage products, leveraging a solid understanding of lending products and local market dynamics. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships from the first conversation, delivering exceptional service, and leveraging business development and networking within the community to meet goals.
