Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the assigned branch by driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing staff while executing business development strategies. Lead team members in face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting to grow Small Business expertise and Mass Affluent relationships, ensuring compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Oversee human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and workforce scheduling. Participate in civic and community affairs to develop new business and promote the Trust Brand.
Required Qualifications
- English (Required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
- Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance
- One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
- Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check
- Ability to inspire, lead and coach others
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
