Job Summary
Branch Leader responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned Somerset branch, including driving branch performance through leadership, coaching, and business development; ensuring compliance with internal controls, procedures, and risk management; managing human capital (interviews, hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and disciplinary actions); may cross-train to assist with teller transactions; drives revenue through small business and relationships with IRM partners, cultivates community presence, and fosters a One Team culture while upholding Truist’s Purpose and Values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
- Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience
- One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
- Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and applicable NMLS background check

- Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance
- One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
