Job Summary
Managing a team of sales and service associates to run a Fidelity investor center, developing talent, ensuring compliance, and executing national initiatives to grow in-branch revenue through client contact, educational seminars, and customer appreciation events. This role involves overseeing operational activities, supervising risk and compliance issues, and mentoring branch representatives to build a strong sales and service culture. Requires at least five years in financial sales, three+ years of management in financial services, and FINRA licenses (Series 7/66 or 63/65) with Series 9/10 to be obtained upon hire; expected to support talent development and lead in-branch initiatives while partnering with the Branch Manager. Strong relationship management, regulatory knowledge, and leadership abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Five years in financial sales

- Series 7 and Series 66 or 63/65 are required
