Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the assigned branch by driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams while executing business development strategies. Lead small business and mass affluent growth via face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting to deliver strong individual and team productivity. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies through partnership with Integrated Relationship Management and area operations. Oversee human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. Promote positive public image and instill the company's Purpose, Mission, and Values within the team and community.
Required Qualifications
- English language fluency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
- Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance
- One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
- Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check
- Ability to inspire, lead and coach others
- Must be available for 1st shift (United States of America)
