Job Summary
Manage the assigned branch by driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams while executing business development strategies for Small Business, Mass Affluent, and Integrated Relationship Management. Lead human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and workforce scheduling, ensuring compliance with internal controls, risk management policies, and the Trust Code of Ethics. Promote the Truist brand through community engagement and civic participation to foster new business opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of financial services experience, and one year of branch leadership experience. Full-time, 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- English language fluency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
- Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance
- One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
- Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check
- Ability to inspire, lead and coach others
- Must be available for 1st shift
- Located in United States of America
