Job Summary
Branch Leader role in Prattville, AL responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leadership, coaching, and business development; ensures compliance with internal controls and risk policies; manages human capital including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and workforce scheduling; may assist with teller transactions; drives branch revenue via Small Business and IRM partnerships, engages in community activities to promote Truist brands, and collaborates with IRM and Operations to uphold One Team culture and training requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
- Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance
- One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
- Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check
- Ability to inspire, lead and coach others
