Job Summary
Drive branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing while developing business in Small Business, Mass Affluent, and Integrated Relationship Management sectors. Execute branch engagement routines including face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting to drive revenue and grow client expertise. Manage human capital decisions such as interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and workforce scheduling while ensuring compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Promote positive public image and instill the company's Purpose, Mission, and Values within the team.
Required Qualifications
- English language fluency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
- Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance
- One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
- Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check
- Ability to inspire, lead and coach others
- Must be available for 1st shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking
- Graduate of Internal Leadership Development Programs
