Job Summary
Manage the assigned branch by driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing staff while executing business development strategies for Small Business, Mass Affluent, and Integrated Relationship Management. Lead human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and workforce scheduling, while ensuring compliance with internal controls, risk management policies, and the Trust Code of Ethics. Promote the Truist culture and brand through community involvement and civic engagement to support client financial success and team empowerment. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of financial services expertise, and one year of branch leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- English language fluency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
- Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance
- One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
- Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check
- Ability to inspire, lead and coach others
- Must be available for 1st shift (United States of America)
