Job Summary
Branch Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through leading, coaching and managing; driving business development and revenue growth through small business and relationship management strategies; ensuring compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; managing human capital including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and workforce scheduling; may cross-train to assist with teller transactions; collaborates with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Operations to ensure training and code-of-ethics compliance; leads community engagement and brand-building efforts to support client outcomes and team empowerment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
- Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance
- One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
- Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, and applicable NMLS background check
- Ability to inspire, lead and coach others
