Job Summary
Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through coaching and management, and business development. Drive revenues through Small Business and Mass Affluent client strategies, oversee compliance with internal controls and risk management policies, manage human capital including hiring and performance reviews, and collaborate with IRM and Operations. May cross-train to assist with teller transactions as needed; promote the branch’s public image and engage with community partners to support Truist’s Purpose and values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
- Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance
- One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
- Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check
- Ability to inspire, lead and coach others
