Job Summary
Manage a team of sales and service associates preparing to lead their own branch by building a strong sales team and developing service associates. Apply national initiatives to increase business growth through customer engagement, local marketing efforts, educational seminars, and client appreciation events. Coordinate branch operations, ensure compliance, and resolve customer concerns while motivating associates to achieve individual and team success. This developmental role lasts 12-24 months and supports the Vice President, Branch Leader. You will work onsite as part of Fidelity's transitioning full-time onsite working model.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years in a financial sales role
- Series 7 and 66 or 63/65
- Must acquire the Series 9/10 upon hire
- Validated grasp of compliance and regulatory guidelines
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, empowering business integrity and a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity
- 100% onsite presence (current requirement for this location)
- No criminal history (per Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Investment Company Act of 1940, ERISA, state laws, FINRA rules)
