Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate all operations for the Richmond and Norfolk branches, managing staff to foster a positive environment while ensuring customer satisfaction and proper branch function. Collaborate with stakeholders to set sales and productivity goals, monitor branch performance, and implement strategies that increase sales targets. Supervise inside operations including margins, inventory, deliveries, and housekeeping, while developing training plans and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community. Consistently evaluate business processes to improve team support and overall performance, addressing satisfaction issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- 3 + years of HVAC distribution or relevant HVAC experience
- counter sales
- 2+ years of management experience
- Ability to manage multiple direct reports
- Ability to provide and maintain top-notch customer service
- Proficient using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Supervisory experience including that of commercial drivers
- Knowledge of warehouse/inventory management
