Job Summary
Drive business growth by executing strategies to meet deposit, loan, and investment targets while expanding the client base through networking with local businesses and community organizations. Resolve complex customer issues using root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and foster retention by building strong relationships with existing clients. Optimize workforce productivity by spearheading process enhancements and manage team members through continuous mentoring and training aligned with core values. Analyze sales performance data, conduct competitor analysis, and monitor emerging risks to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in banking
- At least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations
- Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership
- Experience in overseeing full branch operations, including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant post-graduate studies
- Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations (e.g., Certified Branch Manager, AML Certification)
