Job Summary
Lead branch operations and sales in the Central Metro Manila region for Metrobank, identifying potential customers, persuading them to use bank products/services, building customer relationships, staying informed on market trends, and leveraging modern technology to drive performance. Requires a minimum of 10 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role within branch operations, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required. Willingness to be assigned anywhere within the Area or Region. Strong focus on customer service, integrity, adaptability, and alignment with Metrobank’s core values. Office location: Metrobank Rockwell Sheridan Business Center, Mandaluyong, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in banking, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations
- Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership
- Experience in overseeing full branch operations, including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management
