Branch Head - Rizal Palawan

Oversees the profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the Palawan Roxas branch, developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients while ensuring effective branch servicing (over-the-counter and ATM). Key responsibilities include identifying client needs and offering appropriate bank products and services to achieve funds generation, credit services, and profitability targets; managing branch operations and delivering strong managerial leadership; and implementing effective marketing strategies. Requires a 4-year degree, at least 5 years of branch operations and marketing experience, excellent managerial skills, and willingness to move within the covered area.
