Job Summary
Drive business growth by executing and monitoring strategies to meet sales targets for deposits, loans, investments, and other products. Lead branch operations through optimizing workforce productivity, spearheading process enhancements, and resolving complex customer issues via root cause analysis. Expand the client base by identifying new opportunities through networking with local businesses and community organizations while analyzing market trends to offer aligned products. Manage team members by mentoring personnel, fostering a performance-driven culture, and ensuring adherence to core values and compliance policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in banking
- At least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations
- Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership
- Experience in overseeing full branch operations, including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant post-graduate studies
- Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations (e.g., Certified Branch Manager, AML Certification)
