Job Summary
Branch Head responsible for the branch's overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration; develops long-term client relationships and identifies client needs to offer appropriate bank products and services to meet profitability targets. Oversees branch servicing (over-the-counter and ATM). Requires a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years' experience in branch operations and marketing, strong managerial and marketing skills, and willingness to relocate/move within the covered area. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4 year degree course
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing
