Job Summary
Branch Head responsible for overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify client needs and offer appropriate banking products and services to attain funds generation, credit services, and profitability targets. Oversee branch servicing (over-the-counter and ATM) and ensure effective branch operations. Requires a four-year/five-year degree with at least 5 years in branch operations and marketing, strong managerial and marketing abilities, and willingness to move within the San Juan La Union area.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing
- Excellent managerial skills
- Able to implement effective marketing strategies
- Amenable with movement within the covered area: San Juan La Union
