Job Summary
Oversee branch profitability, marketing and operations; identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets; manage servicing of the branch including over-the-counter and ATM; develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients; requires Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in branch operations and marketing, strong managerial and marketing skills, and willingness to move within the covered area.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing
- Must have excellent managerial skills.
- Able to implement effective marketing strategies
- Amenable with movement within the covered area
