Branch General Manager

Run the full branch, including the team, customers, and P&L. Own P&L, forecasting, and branch KPIs while recruiting, coaching, and leading staff. Direct sales, service, parts, and rental operations; manage inventory levels, turns, and audits. Keep the facility, yard, and fleet sharp. Represent Rexco at customer and industry events. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with 5+ years related experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and comfort with budgets and forecasting are essential. Microsoft Office and business systems are a plus. Base plus bonus, employee ownership (ESOP), and 3 weeks PTO to start. Full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match.
