Branch Floater - Permanent Full-Time - Burlington, Ontario

As a Branch Floater, you will be the first line of defense for compliance adherence and deliver a delightful experience to clients in our Burlington, ON branches. You will greet customers, build rapport, ensure branch cleanliness and organization, handle receptions and inquiries via telephone, email and in person, offer consultative service and product/service recommendations, and process shipments with meticulous scanning, sorting and loading onto skids. You will maintain inventory and supplies, ensure shipment compliance (Canadian, US, international), verify batch accuracy, and provide proper documentation/escalation of client challenges. You will support branch operations and team by helping with opening/closing, safety and risk policies, and assisting with fulfillment tasks (picking, packing, shipping, charging). The role requires standing for long periods, potential heavy lifting, and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail. Paying $18.25 per hour, plus employer-provided benefits after 3 months, a year-end bonus, vacation and paid leave, and a GRSP plan. Location expectations include primarily Burlington, with flexibility to work at other Halton region locations; in-person remote work is not indicated. Two years of customer service experience and proficiency with Moneris, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office are required, along with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to logistics and compliance.
