Job Summary
Lead and develop branch administration and operations teams to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Oversee maintenance and operations coordinators, drive branch-level analytics (P&L, receivables, billing, tax compliance), and implement cross-functional process improvements in collaboration with district leadership. Manage financial operations and customer-facing processes, supervise staff through hiring, training, performance reviews, and coaching, and ensure adherence to corporate finance and operations interfaces (e.g., ServiceNet, AS400).
