Branch Finance Controller

Oversee daily sales reconciliation, cash and banking procedures, and POS terminal monitoring while investigating expense variances and resolving transaction disputes. Conduct spot checks on stock adherence to financial policies, verify invoice accuracy, and ensure timely remittance of daily sales proceeds to the bank. Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and review and approve staff expense claims. Train branch staff on basic financial compliance and fraud prevention, then prepare monthly branch performance reports for Head Office. Requires a B.Sc. or HND in Accounting with at least four years in retail finance or branch accounting, proficiency in accounting software, and strong knowledge of IFRS.
