Branch Experience Consultant responsibilities include assisting members with financial services through a consultative approach, opening/closing accounts, providing lending solutions, and promoting credit union products. The role supports the greeter’s desk, collaborates with tellers, mentors Member Service Specialists, and contributes to achieving member-education goals while delivering a high-quality, member-first service. Strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to work well in a team within a branch environment at the Enchanted Hills Branch in Rio Rancho, NM are required. Schedule includes Monday–Saturday coverage; compensation includes a per-hour differential opportunity and salary ranges per Level I and Level II. Training, compliance, and member engagement initiatives are emphasized, along with proficiency in customer service, relational sales, and basic computer skills.
