Job Summary
Branch Director – Chicago leads branch operations for PULLMAN’s Chicago office, overseeing project execution, workforce planning, estimating, business development, client and union-partner relationships, and financial performance while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement across self-performed restoration projects such as concrete and masonry repair, waterproofing, and building envelope work. Requires expert leadership of union labor environments, strategic planning, risk assessment, and mentoring of project managers, engineers, and emerging leaders to grow regional capabilities and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of construction leadership experience in restoration, specialty contracting, or heavy civil
- strong background in concrete restoration, masonry restoration, waterproofing, structural strengthening
- experience managing operations in a union construction environment
- demonstrated success leading large self-performed construction teams and multi-million-dollar projects
- P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred
