Job Summary
Supervise the provision of clinical and non-clinical services, manage clinical operations, and oversee personnel and office functions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing home care office operations while maintaining a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Maintain CPR certification and operate mobile devices to support daily operations. Requires a registered nurse license, two years of recent nursing experience, and one year in home health, with preferred management experience. Full-time employment with $120,000-$130,000 compensation, 30 paid days off, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and continuing education opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Must be licensed in the state in which they currently practice, or in accordance with the board of nursing rules for nurse licensure compact for the state in which they practice
- Must have at least two years of nursing experience within the immediately previous 36 months
- Must have one year experience in home health
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification
